Honest Water Co - San Antonio is a Texas family business. The name isn’t decoration — it’s the thing we got into this to fix.
Why we do it this way
The water here is hard. The sales process doesn’t have to be.
SAWS publishes the number itself — the typical hardness in the water it supplies runs from 15 to 20 grains per gallon. On that kind of water almost every house in Bexar County has something worth fixing, and almost every house gets sold to as if it were a secret.
The water treatment business mostly sells through fear and pressure. In-home appointments that run three hours. Prices that appear and disappear depending on whether you look like you’ll say yes today. Equipment marked up several times over what it costs.
That is not how this works. The goal is an easy solution to a serious problem, within every budget — the same quality equipment, without the theatre.
That means a system matched to your water and your home. A price we’ll give you straight. Installation included rather than added at the end. And a lifetime warranty, because we’d rather sell you equipment that lasts than sell you a replacement in six years.
We’re still family-run, still working San Antonio and the metro around it, and it still works.
